Cognitive behavioral therapist

Hi! I’m Belinda Wilson, Director of Therapy Unlimited and Existential Psychotherapist. With 20 years’ experience of delivering psychotherapy and counselling, I’m passionate about offering high-quality, effective, and confidential, face-to-face and online therapy services, to help clients get things off their chest; increase awareness about themselves and their relationships, learn effective new coping skills, and make lasting change to ultimately help them feel better.
